The Trips report displays all trips completed by your Assets over the selected date range.
- Click on Reports on the top menu
- The Reports drop-down menu will appear
- Select the Trips Report from the list
- The report will then load a table displaying the following columns;
- Asset – Asset Label & Group
- Rego – Asset Registration & Make
- Start Time – Trip Start Time & Date
- Start Location – Trip Start Location (Address OR Fence)
- End Time – Trip End Time & Date
- End Location – Trip End Location (Address OR Fence)
(Note: In Progress will be displayed if the Asset is current in-trip) - Trip Duration – Total time of the Trip
- Distance – Total distance travelled by the Asset during the Trip
- Average Speed – Average speed of the Asset during the Trip
- Max Speed – Max Speed achieved by the Asset during the Trip
- Fuel Consumed (Litres) – Total fuel consumed by the Asset during the Trip (Note: not available for all Asset types)
- Fuel Economy (KM/L): Fuel economy of the Asset for the Trip (Note: not available for all Asset types)
- Stop Duration – Total stop time prior to next Trip
- Job ID – Job number (only available when Platform is integrated with customer Job Management system)
Filtering the Trips Report
- To filter the report click on the filter button in the Search bar at the top of the page
- You can then filter the report by an individual or a combination of the below options;
- Groups
- Tags
- Date Range:
- Date Range Presets
- Custom Date Range by selecting your desired start date and end date on the calendar
- Once you have selected your filters, click the GO button to apply them to the Report
- If you would like to search for a specific Asset, type the Asset label in the search bar and click on the Go button OR hit your Enter key
- If you would like to remove all search filters you have applied, click the Cross icon in the Search bar OR to remove specific filters open the Search menu and de-select the filter
- You can export or schedule a report export via the export selector next to the Search bar
