The Reminders Report provides you with a report to see what reminders you have set on your assets and their status. This report provides a complete overview of all reminders across your fleet and can be used to assist with planning and scheduling your asset servicing or scheduling vehicle registration renewals for example.
How to access the Reminders Report
- Select the Reminders Report under the Reports menu
- The report will load listing all of your active and completed reminders by default
How to use the Reminders Report
- The Reminders Report displays the following information;
- Asset – The Asset Label and Group of asset that the reminder is assigned to
- Type – Reminder description (custom to your account) and the reminder type e.g. Asset – Odometer
- Currently – The current value (ODO, Runtime, Fuel Consumption) for the Asset.
Note: if a date based reminder this field will be blank because the report always loads for today - Reminder – The Reminder value (hr, km, Litres, Date) and the difference between current value and Reminder value e.g. Reminder is set at 10,000km and the current ODO is 10,100km the difference would display as -100km
- Due – The Due value (hr, km, Litres, Date) and the difference between the current value and Due value
- Overdue – The Overdue value (hr, km, Litres, Date) and the difference between the current value and Overdue value
- Completed On – The date that the reminder was completed
Note: You can complete a reminder from the Reminders tab in the Asset view - Notify – The user set to receive the reminder email notifications
- The Reminder, Due and Overdue values will display in red if the current value (hr, ODO, Litres, Date) has exceeded the value set for the reminder
- You can filter the reminders report by;
- Group(s)
- Tag(s)
- Reminder Status;
- Active
- Completed
- Reminder Type;
- Asset – Fuel Consumed
- Asset – Odometer
- Asset – Runtime
- Date/Time
- You can also use the search bar to filter the report to a particular asset using the Asset Label or other asset details such as Rego
How to export the Reminders Report
- To export the Reminders Report, click on the export button and select the file type you wish to export the data in (PDF, Excel or CSV)
- You can also Schedule the report export by selected the Schedule Report option under the download menu – see the Scheduled Report user guides if you are not familiar with the scheduled report feature
Note: You will only be able to schedule reports if you have this feature enabled under your Account
