- To log a support ticket, click on the ? icon on the main menu
- This will open the Help portal in a new browser tab
- Here you can search & view User Guides and FAQ’s that may help you with your issue
- If you do not find a solution to your issue among the user guides then click the Log Support Ticket option on the main menu
- You will then be redirected to the support portal, where you can report your issue by creating a new support ticket
