How do I log a Support Ticket?

To log a support ticket, click on the ? icon on the main menu
This will open the Help portal in a new browser tab
Here you can search & view User Guides and FAQ’s that may help you with your issue
If you do not find a solution to your issue among the user guides then click the Log Support Ticket option on the main menu
You will then be redirected to the support portal, where you can report your issue by creating a new support ticket
