If you wish to send SMS notifications from Rand Platform the mobile number must be input with the correct format.
The main areas of the platform where you will input a mobile phone number are against a User or Driver profile or in the SMS Workflow node.
The correct mobile phone number format is called the E.164 – international telephone numbering. E.164 numbers are formatted [+] [country code] [recipient number including area code] and can have a maximum of fifteen digits.
